Swimming Coach • Multiple Champion of Armenia • Winner of Amateur Swimming Tournaments

Mkrtich Voskanian was introduced to the world of swimming when his aunt first took him to a pool — an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for the sport.
What began as a vivid childhood impression soon grew into a strong determination to compete and win, inspired by the Olympic motto “Faster, Higher, Stronger.”

Mkrtich began his athletic career in 1996 in Abovyan, where he competed in backstroke and earned 3rd place. Since then, he has become a multiple champion of Armenia and the winner of the Armenian Prime Minister’s Cup in amateur swimming competitions.
